This website is dedicated to the memory of my beautiful son Matthias, who was born sleeping on the 9th of August 2005 at 23 weeks gestation due to cord entanglement. Forever missed by mum Mandy, dad Josef, little sister Katryna and all the people who cared about you my little wonder boy. We will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you forever in our arms...

In life I loved you dearly, in death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place no one could ever fill.
If tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane,
I'd walk the path to heaven and bring you back again.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same.
But as we are called one by one, the chain will link again

Happy Birthday my sweetie pie. You're already 6 years old. The years have gone by so quick, but still it seems like yesterday! Mummy has baked your favourite cake again this year. Yes you guessed, it's a chocolate fudge birthday cake! And it was so yummy, we wish you could have a taste of it too. You would have been so proud of your mummy. She did a great job. We also got you some lanterns but it was & still is too windy to send them up to heaven. In fact one of them caught fire and grandpa nearly burned his fingers!! But don't worry little man, as soon as the wind stops blowing, the lanterns will be on their way up to you ok. Bye bye for now munchkin. Hugs and floaty kisses to you my darling boy.
